Description

Local Hawaiian Recipes I Love. Plus a few creative ones I was I was inspired to make while on the Island of Maui.

The island is enchanting with its diverse cultural backgrounds of Hawaiians, Tahitian, Filipino, Portuguese, Japanese, Americans. Literally the islands have some of the most beautiful people in the world, in my opinion.
Maui has 7 climate zones of the 9 climate zones in the world thus creating a optimal climate for plants and animals from desert dwellers to rain forest birds. You can be walking in the volcano Haleakala that looks like you are on the Planet Mars in the morning and swimming with turtles in the afternoon. It is that magical and enchanting.
With all this diversity you get the most beautiful and creative foods I have ever seen.
Here is a few of my favorites recipes, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
