seeks life at a convent school with the object of becoming a nun.
Confused and confounded by her own cerebral acuity, Yve clings
to faith, though her hold on Catholicism wanes.
rust into the "real world," Yve confronts a conundrum. She expects
(deserved) punishment and trials. Instead, opportunities come to her,
and daunting obstacles are swept aside. Yvonne struggles to reconcile
the di erences between her expectations and the life she leads.
